Every baby is different. Some cry, some don't. It's a good idea to be prepared for some tears.

I’ve found that children progress much faster when they can't see their parents during the lesson. Once you hand your child to me, please wait in the screened porch waiting area. You’ll still have a great view, but this setup ensures we can move past the tears and get straight to building their skills. No sideline coaching allowed.

Consistency is the key to success. For the best results and the fastest progress, we strongly recommend choosing a session where your child can attend every single day.
However, we know life happens. To help families manage occasional travel or illness, we offer a Makeup Buffer Week:
The Policy: If your child has not yet mastered their skills by the end of the 6-week session, we offer up to 4 makeup lessons during Week 7 at no extra cost.
The Catch: This offer is only valid if your child has missed 4 or fewer classes during the regular session.
Why? If a child misses 5 or more lessons, the break in consistency usually means they won't be able to finish the program in just one extra week. In these cases, additional weeks of instruction are required at a rate of $110 per week.
Our goal is to get your child water-safe as efficiently as possible. Sticking to the schedule is the best way to make that happen!

A little rain won't stop us, but heavy rain and lightning are a cause of delaying or canceling lessons for the day. Make ups will be offered. We will announce delays and cancelations on our social media stories.
